Hotel Stay Policies
Standard operating procedures and guest conduct guidelines for Kartik Inn.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Timings
• Check-in time starts at 14:00 (2:00 PM) local Indian Standard Time.
• Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 (11:00 AM) local time to allow comprehensive sanitization and housekeeping for incoming arrivals.
• Early check-in (between 09:00 and 14:00) is subject to physical room readiness on the date of arrival. Requests before 09:00 require booking the preceding night.
2. Identity Verification & Statutory Compliance
In compliance with Government of India regulations and local police guidelines, every guest occupying a room must produce a valid government-approved photographic identification proof along with address verification upon check-in.
Accepted documents include: Passport, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, or Aadhaar Card. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof. Foreign nationals must provide their Passport and valid Indian Visa.
3. Occupancy & Child Policy
• Deluxe and Super Deluxe Rooms comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years using existing bedding without additional tariff.
• Children aged 6 to 12 years are charged extra guest fees if extra rollaway bedding is provided.
• Executive and Presidential Family Suites accommodate larger family groups up to their registered maximum capacity.
4. Smoking, Alcohol & Quiet Hours
• Kartik Inn is a 100% smoke-free property within all indoor rooms, corridors, and suites. Dedicated outdoor smoking spots are provided.
• Quiet hours are observed between 22:30 (10:30 PM) and 07:00 (7:00 AM) to maintain acoustic peace and restorative quiet for all 12 rooms.
5. Valuables & In-Room Safes
Each room is equipped with an electronic digital safe. The hotel is not responsible for personal cash, jewellery, or electronic items left unattended in public areas.
