Terms governing room reservations, payment processing, and website use for Kartik Inn.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, making a room reservation, or lodging at Kartik Inn, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable statutory regulations of India.
2. Reservation Guarantees & Pricing
All room rates displayed on our booking engine are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates confirmed at the time of reservation submission remain binding. The hotel reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors resulting from technical miscalculations.
3. Advance Payments & Security
Advance deposits paid through the integrated payment gateway (Razorpay) are processed via bank-grade SSL encryption. The remaining balance of the total reservation charge is payable upon check-in or prior to departure.
4. Damage to Hotel Property
Guests agree to maintain rooms and communal facilities with due care. Any willful or negligent damage to furnishings, fixtures, artwork, or acoustic soundproofing will be billed to the guest at fair market replacement and restoration cost.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
